They say you can’t ever really understand someone’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes. On Sunday September 26th I ask the men in our community to join me in Strathroy, for the Women’s Rural Resource Centre’s inaugural Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® event.

It creates a fun way to educate and raise awareness of violence and to rally the entire community to take action towards prevention.

The event will raise money for WRRC services.
